Potato + pork ribs porridge

 
Ingredients: Potato, pork ribs, rice 

First time trying: pork rib

Method:
- wash the ingredients 
- peel white potato
- put all the ingredients in a small pot
- add water until it covers the ingredients and half of the pot
- stove cook for 45 minutes to one hour 
- stir occasionally
- once done, scrape off meat from the ribs, put in food processor together with cooked porridge, blend for smoother consistency. Serve. 

Remark: 
Baby Julius started to have two meals at this age. Porridge around at 11pm, fruit snack at around 3pm.

    1. About two tablespoons of rice. I normally don't keep for long, if cook more will had it for lunch/dinner

  8. Hi! How to store puree if you have cooked more for one serving?

    1. hi, i usually cook fresh daily. For puree, you can freeze it if you cook more than one serving. For porridge i dont recommend to freeze.
