Method:

- deseed pomegranate
- mix and eat with yogurt

Blueberry peach smoothie


Ingredients: blueberry, peach, one teaspoon of honey, a cup of fresh milk, two tablespoons of yogurt 

Method:
- wash ingredient clean
- peel peach, dice to chunks
- put the fruits in blender
- add yogurt, honey and fresh milk
- blend and serve. 

Anti-oxidant smoothie


Ingredients: blueberry, grape, banana, one teaspoon of lemon juice, fresh milk

Method:
- wash ingredient clean
- peel banana, dice to chunks
- cut grapes and blueberry to half 
- put the fruits in blender
- add lemon juice and a cup of fresh milk
- blend and serve. 

Cheerios yogurt fruit parfait


Ingredients: strawberry, blueberry, banana, yogurt, cheerios

Method: 
- wash the fruits clean 
- slice strawberry and banana 
- put yogurt as base in a glass 
- then cheerios and fruits
- repeat with yogurt then cheerios and fruits



Blueberry smoothie


Ingredients: blueberry, plum, banana, yogurt, fresh milk

Method:
- wash ingredient clean
- peel plum and banana, dice to chunks
- put the fruits in blender
- add two tablespoons of yogurt and a cup of fresh milk
- blend and serve.

Strawberry + blueberry + banana oat


Ingredients: Strawberry, blueberry, banana, 2 soup spoon rolled oat (blend to powder form), 400ml water 

First time trying: Strawberry

Method:
- wash the fruit clean
- peel banana, remove strawberry leaf
- dice the fruit to small pieces 

- in a bowl, add water and oat and bring to boil
- add fruits and continue to cook (or you may add fruit after oat is cooked, before serve)
- total cooking time around 10-15 minutes. Serve. 

Remark: 
  • Strawberries are a potential high allergen food and as such, they really should be avoided until 12 months of age
  • Conventionally grown strawberries also have relatively high levels of pesticide residue, so you may want to consider buying organic berries. If you choose to buy non-organic produce, then you need to take special care with strawberries – washing them thoroughly or even soaking them – to minimize the risks that pesticide residues pose to your baby.

Blueberries + plum puree


Ingredients: Bluberries, plum

Method:
- wash the ingredients thoroughly
- peel the skin of the ingredients
- slice and pit the plum 
- puree in food processor until soft. Serve. 

Try mixing blueberry puree with:
  • Applesauce and cinnamon
  • Pear
  • Peach
  • Banana
  • Full-fat Greek yogurt
  • Baby oatmeal

Blueberry + banana puree


Ingredients: Bluberries, one small banana

First time trying: blueberry

Method: 
- wash blueberries thoroughly
- peel banana, peel blueberries (optional)  
- mash with fork and serve 

How mommy Sheree clean bluberries:
1. Soak in salt water for about 3-5 minutes
2. Rinse and change water
3. Add flour and rub on the surface of bluberries
4. Rinse again. Pat dry and ready to serve.
