French toast roll ups

Ingredients: bread, cream cheese, peanut butter, egg, fresh milk, butter, cinnamon sugar

1. Take regular bread and cut the crusts off. 
2. Using a rolling pin, flatten the pieces out.
3. Place whatever filling you like inside towards the end of the pieces of bread. I had two fillings, cream cheese and peanut butter. You can put cream cheese topped with diced strawberries or nutella with strawberries. 
4. Roll the breads up. 
5. Dip them in egg mixture (one egg + one tablespoon fresh milk).
6. Grease the pan with butter. As soon as you've browned them in a skillet roll them in some cinnamon/sugar. Serve!

Eggs in clouds

Ingredients: egg, bread

- separate egg white from the yolk.
- beat egg yolk until stiff.
- spread egg white on toast.
- leave a hole in the middle, add the yolk.
- bake for 5 minutes. Serve.

Spinach dumpling

Ingredients: flour 400g, minced meat 500g, chopped cabbage 600g, spinach, small bowl of water, chopped spring onion, grated ginger, salt, light soy sauce, sesame oil


[Prepare filling]
- put chopped cabbage in a bowl
- sprinkle some salt over it and leave for 10-15 minutes
- squeeze and drain the water, set aside

- marinate minced meat with grated ginger, 4-5 tbs of light soy sauce, 5 tbs of sesame oil
- mix in chopped spring onion
- mix in cabbage that was previously set aside.
- mix well, add a little bit of water if it is too dry
- mix it well and put in fridge 

[Prepare dumpling skin]
- puree spinach and set aside
- add water to flour
- mix well, add spinach puree
- mix to become dough 
- cover with wet cloth and set aside for 45 minutes 

- wrap dumpling filling with dumpling skin
- boil in water until cooked. Serve 

Rainbow smoothie

Ingredients: Orange, banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, spinach, mango, yogurt

Salmon conchiglie

Ingredients: salmon, conchiglie, chopped garlic, chopped onion, fresh milk, cream cheese, olive oil, Parmesan cheese

- boil conchiglie until soft and set a side (can add drops of oil to boil together to prevent it from sticking together)
- heat the olive oil in a skillet
- sauté garlic and onion 
- add salmon and cook for a few minutes until salmon is cooked 
- stir in fresh milk and cream cheese and take the pan off the heat
- toss in conchiglie with the sauce 
- return the pan to the heat and cook it for 2 minutes
- sprinkle with Parmesan cheese and serve right away

First food : Bean sprout

Ingredients: bean sprout, sliced carrot, minced pork, sliced cabbage, mee suah, chopped garlic, cooking oil, light soy sauce

First time trying : Bean sprout

- marinate minced pork with light soy sauce for an hour
- boil mee suah until soft and set aside
- heat up pan with cooking oil
- add in garlic and sauté until fragrant 
- add in minced pork and fry until meat is cook
- add in carrot, bean sprout and cabbage, fry for a few minutes 
- add in mee suah and continue to stir fry
- season to taste (optional). Ready to serve

Stir-fried pork with ginger and black fungus

Ingredients: sliced black fungus, minced pork, ginger, garlic, light soy sauce, cooking oil

First time trying : Black fungus

- marinate minced pork with light soy sauce for one hour
- heat up a bit of oil in pan
- add ginger, sauté until lightly browned, add garlic, sauté until fragrant 
- add black fungus, stir-fry for a few minutes 
- mix in minced pork, stir-fry until meat is cooked
- add a bit of water if too dry, continue to fry for a while. Serve 

Passion fruit honey lemon juice

Ingredients: passion fruit, honey, half lemon, water 

- halve passion fruit and scoop out the pulp, add into glass
- squeeze lemon juice to the glass
- add water and mix 
- add a teaspoon of honey. Serve.

Cream cheese scramble egg

Ingredients: hard boiled egg, cream cheese, bread 

- boil egg for 8 minutes and peel shell
- mash egg with fork
- add one teaspoon of cream cheese and mix 
- wrap content with bread


Broccoli + pepper fried pasta

Ingredients: broccoli (chopped), red and green pepper (diced), Parmesan cheese, unsalted butter, baby pasta, , olive oil, water

- boil pasta in a bowl, add few drops of olive oil to prevent it from sticking, once cooked, set aside.
- steam broccoli and pepper until soft
- heat up frying pan with unsalted butter
- put in broccoli, pepper and pasta and fry
- sprinkle Parmesan cheese on top after turn off the heat and serve

Prune oat

Ingredients: prune, 2 spoons of organic rolled oat (blend to powder form), 400ml water 

First time trying : Prune

- wash prune clean, peel the skin and cut half or dice to small chunks 
- in a bowl, add water and oat and bring to boil
- add fruit and continue to cook (or you may add fruit after oat is cooked, before serve)
- total cooking time around 10-15 minutes. Serve.

Prunes, like plum, is known to help maintain bowel regularity and alleviate constipation. 

Pumpkin pancake

Ingredients: butternut squash, white flour, unsalted butter, egg

- puree butternut squash 
- mix butternut squash puree with egg and about one cup of flour 
- heat up frying pan with unsalted butter
- pour mixture in frying pan 
- cook until small bubbles form and then flip
- ready to serve 

Grapefruit strawberry juice

Ingredients: Grapefruit, strawberry, honey

First time trying : Grapefruit 

- wash the fruits
- peel grapefruit, remove strawberry stem 
- chop the fruits
- put the ingredients in blender and process until smooth
- add a teaspoon of honey (optional), serve immediately

First food : Edamame

First time trying : Frozen edamame

- boiled frozen edamame in hot water until soft 

Edamame is a good source of protein and also provides iron, manganese, riboflavin, fatty acids and fiber. Cook edamame by boiling, microwaving or steaming it. Because small foods like edamame can pose a choking hazard, be sure to cook the edamame fully and cut up any large beans into smaller bite-sized portions before giving the edamame to children.

Pomegranate yogurt popsicle

Ingredients: pomegranate, yogurt, fresh milk, honey

- deseed pomegranate
- put a cup of fresh milk in a bowl
- add in two spoons of yogurt, a teaspoon of honey, and whisk
- add in pomegranate seeds
- divide mixture evenly in popsicle mould and freeze for four hours
- to serve, briefly run the mould over tap water to loosen the popsicle

Cheesy potato veggie bites

Ingredients: potato, broccoli, cauliflower, button mushroom, egg, parmesan cheese, olive oil

- wash broccoli, cauliflower, button mushroom, and peel potato
- steam all the ingredients to soften it up
- blend all the ingredient and Parmesan cheese in food processor
- add in egg and mix it up
- scoop up small balls of the mixture and pan fry till crispy
