Ingredient: onion, garlic, silken tofu, egg, minced pork, broccoli, rice
Method:
- wash thoroughly and chop broccoli, onion and garlic
- heat saucepan with oil over medium heat
- add onion and garlic, stir fry until fragrance
- add minced pork and stir fry
- add broccoli, mix and fry for about 5 minutes
- serve with rice, steam tofu and hard boiled egg
