Ingredient: parsnips, carrot, broccoli, baby pasta
Method:
- boil baby pasta until soft and set aside (can put one or two drops of olive oil while boiling to prevent pasta from sticking)
- wash the ingredients clean and chop to pieces
- steam parsnip and carrot for 5 minutes, add in broccoli and continue steaming for another 5 minutes
- place in food processor and blend to puree form
- toss puree on top of cooked pasta and serve warm
