Ingredients: Orange, banana, strawberry, blueberry, kiwi, spinach, mango, yogurt

Grapefruit strawberry juice


Ingredients: Grapefruit, strawberry, honey

First time trying : Grapefruit 

Method: 
- wash the fruits
- peel grapefruit, remove strawberry stem 
- chop the fruits
- put the ingredients in blender and process until smooth
- add a teaspoon of honey (optional), serve immediately

Cheerios yogurt fruit parfait


Ingredients: strawberry, blueberry, banana, yogurt, cheerios

Method: 
- wash the fruits clean 
- slice strawberry and banana 
- put yogurt as base in a glass 
- then cheerios and fruits
- repeat with yogurt then cheerios and fruits

Strawberry fig smoothie


Ingredients: fig, strawberry, honey, fresh milk

First time trying: Fig 

Method:
- wash the fruits clean 
- bottom layer: mash up strawberries, with some water 
- pink layer: cut fig and strawberries to chunks, put in blender, add one cup of fresh milk, add one teaspoon of honey, blend and pour on top of bottom layer. Done. 


Beet berry smoothie


Ingredients: beetroot, strawberry, banana, yogurt, honey, fresh milk

Method: 
- peel and steam the beetroot 
- dice beetroot, strawberry and banana to chunks
- put in blender
- add two tablespoons yogurt 
- add one tablespoon honey
- add one cup of fresh milk
- blend and drink

Strawberry + blueberry + banana oat


Ingredients: Strawberry, blueberry, banana, 2 soup spoon rolled oat (blend to powder form), 400ml water 

First time trying: Strawberry

Method:
- wash the fruit clean
- peel banana, remove strawberry leaf
- dice the fruit to small pieces 

- in a bowl, add water and oat and bring to boil
- add fruits and continue to cook (or you may add fruit after oat is cooked, before serve)
- total cooking time around 10-15 minutes. Serve. 

Remark: 
  • Strawberries are a potential high allergen food and as such, they really should be avoided until 12 months of age
  • Conventionally grown strawberries also have relatively high levels of pesticide residue, so you may want to consider buying organic berries. If you choose to buy non-organic produce, then you need to take special care with strawberries – washing them thoroughly or even soaking them – to minimize the risks that pesticide residues pose to your baby.
