Ingredient: 1/4 small sized papaya
Method:
- no cook recipe
- wash the papaya with a mixture of three parts water and one part white vinegar to remove bacteria
- rinse and dry
- cut half and remove the seeds
- scoop out the flesh with a spoon
- puree papaya in food processor until smooth, or mash with fork
- add water as needed to reach desired consistency. Serve.
