Ingredients: Sweet potato
Method:
- peel and cut sweet potato to small chunks
- steam for about 15 minutes
- dilute with breast milk / formula milk / water
- blend to puree form. Serve.
Tips:
To keep raw sweet potatoes from turning dark when peeling, place them in one quart water mixed with 3 tablespoons lemon juice for a few minutes. Drain well before using.
