Ingredients: potato, shiitake mushroom, garlic, onion, unsalted butter, grated cheese, foil paper
Method:
- peel and slice potato, place in a bowl of cold water
- wash mushroom and chop finely
- chop onion and garlic
- heat frying pan with unsalted butter
- sauté onion, garlic for about 2 minutes, add mushroom, stir fry
- once cooked, divide mushroom mixture on top of potatoes
- add grated cheese on top
- fold with foil paper
- mommysheree doesn't have an oven, so bake with bread maker for about 30 minutes. Serve
