Apricot + banana puree



Ingredients: one apricot, one small banana

Method: 
- wash and peel the apricot
- peel banana
- blend in food processor to puree form. Serve. 

Apricot puree makes a blissful match with sweeter veggies and fruits, beef, chicken, and turkey. Try mixing apricot puree with:
  • Sweet potatoes
  • Applesauce
  • Pear

  • Full-fat Greek yogurt
